It was the first time to eat “balut” which is Flipino food. Chick just before hatching was inside. Even some local people do not eat chicks, but she tried to eat, so my host family and his friends were clapping. I am a bird guy, so I could not eat all of them.It was a lighting ceremony. We ate a marshmallow, drink tea and play a game before lighting. I did not expect that this ceremony would be fun. I talked a lot with my friends. It made me feel that this study program was almost over. She is my host sister. she is 4 years old. At first, she was shy, so we could not get along, to be honest, it was hard to play with her, but she gave me a better time. we often spend time!! At this time, we play and count numbers. It was the first time to watch the Santa parade. My friends and I were waiting for 1 hour half to watch at the place front. It was a nice time. Also, I was surprised that people who attend the parade gave us many candies. I felt the difference between Japan and Canada.
